The Challenge

Better Place Design & Build recently rebranded and shifted its focus exclusively to ADUs, garage conversions, and room additions.

Their new website launched in May and The Better Place team has implemented initial SEO efforts, such as keyword research, content creation, and backlink acquisition. However, their lead generation has still primarily been driven by paid ads, and their goal is to ultimately drive the majority of traffic through organic channels.

Better Place sought out an SEO partner to help them scale their organic success.

Their primary SEO challenges included:

The Results

Through these three phases, our approach has successfully driven sustainable organic growth, improved keyword rankings, and increased engagement, leading to higher conversions and overall business success.

In January 2025 alone, month-over-month organic traffic increased by +81% more organic sessions than in December. Overall, we are now receiving nearly 3.5 times more traffic than in August, the first month we began working on the site. Within 8 months, we’ve more than tripled the client’s organic traffic.

Since beginning work on the client’s site, we’ve seen a +1,500 increase in top-ranking keywords, and an added +95 top-ranking pages in the SERPs.
